Billy is a freelance professional hair
and make-up artist. He is
represented by Morgan The Agency., Dublin.

Originally from Glasgow, Billy has
been working in Ireland for the
past 7 years during which time he
has built up an impressive client list
with many international celebrity
clients at home and abroad.

He has extensive experience and
has worked in fashion, advertising,
TV, and the music industry. As a
hair stylist, Billy won first place in
2007 and 2008 at the Irish
Hairdressing Championships in
Ladies Full Fashion and Creative
Colour respectively and was a
finalist in the 2008 and 2009 L'Oreal Colour
Trophy.
